Modernize the CD search/edit functionality. Add some dependency documentation to the README. Modernize session reports and stats. Modernize fileupload.php Remove deprecated functionality from the menu. Modernize advanced CD search and format booking insert better. Remove processing instructions since it only brings up the menu again.
