Controller for the secondary driver, or "manipulator", using the Raspberry Pi Pico. Uses 4-pin arcade-style buttons, or any 2-pin switch with an LED.
The first switch and LED ground are tied common as BLACK. The second switch pin is tied as YELLOW, and the LED positive is tied as BLUE.
