Upgrade multiple js packages :

  • @tabler/core 1.0.0-beta21 -> 1.4.0
  • bootstrap 5.3.3 -> 5.3.7
  • codemirror 5.65.16 -> 5.65.20 remove CVE : CVE-2025-6493

Fix design upgrade
