It's the first stable release for the new check script for Debian and Ubuntu updates.

• Debian and Ubuntu updates check in one script
• Specific Debian and Ubuntu logics integrated
• Ubuntu phased updates logic supported, if only phased updates are available, you got the information but status is still OK. If other kind of updates (stable, security, etc...) are available at the same time as phased updates, status goes WARNING or CRITICAL and you got the exact number for each kind of updates, phased included.
