Sorry, I did not know that this branch was already merged. So new pull-request for one feature.
Removes hardcoded in-pixel efficiency regions (both size and placement) and replaces them with relative values that take the DUT pixel size into account. Of course users may want to adjust it, but at least it is not hardcoded anymore
