…eering, donating, or joining impact-driven organizations but struggle with knowing where to start. The idea is to create a ServiceNow-based tool that uses a simple form and AI to recommend opportunities that fit a person’s interests, skills, and personality. It would leverage a Service Catalog form, a table of events and organizations, and a Service Portal, with either NASK/AI Agent or a third-party AI providing the matching. The main dependency is having generative AI available, and the biggest challenge is keeping the database of organizations and events up to date unless we can connect directly to ServiceNow.org. The impact would be lowering the barrier for people to get involved by not only matching them to opportunities but also guiding them with next steps, connections, and follow-ups to keep them engaged.
