Make run_massage picklable

I was having issue #327 because run_massage was defined inside a function.
I moved it outside and this fixes it

What change is being made?

Refactor run_massage function to accept task_id as a parameter, allowing it to be picklable for use in multiprocessing.

Why are these changes being made?

The run_massage function was previously nested within another function and did not have parameters that included all necessary data for execution, causing issues with multiprocessing. By making the function accept task_id as an argument, we enable it to be serialized (pickled), which is required for its use in a multiprocessing context, improving the reliability of task execution across subprocesses.
