Overview
Update composer.json (
neos/neosandneos/neos-ui) with Neos 9 Versions.Apply rector code migrations (https://docs.neos.io/api/upgrade-instructions/version-9-x/upgrade-instructions-8-3-9-0/rector-migration). The TODOs which were created by rector still need to be resolved.
The Terminal is already visible and usable in the Neos Backend UI. But not all commands/cases have been tested (only
flushCache,helpandclear).TODO
