Add missing 7.2.x release notes to the version 7 docs. Remove all version 7 release notes from 8 and add references to the older pages from 8 to 7 and from 7 to 6. Fix an issue when switching to and inside of version 7 that would cause 404 errors because of extra slashes in the url.
