Introduces GitHub Actions for CI/CD, build scripts for Windows and Linux, and UI string constants for the GUI. Also updates dependencies and .gitignore.
Refactors the CI workflow to create a release first, then build and upload assets for multiple OS. Includes PyInstaller icon and name.
Adds macos-latest to CI workflows and renames the executable to AICommit.
