🚀 How to Run Locally

1. 📥 Download and install XAMPP
2. 🗂 Copy this project folder into C:\xampp\htdocs\
3. ▶ Start Apache and MySQL from XAMPP control panel
4. 🔧 Open phpMyAdmin at localhost/phpmyadmin
5. 🗃 Create a new database (e.g., tourstacks) and import the provided .sql file
6. 🌍 Open browser and go to:
   http://localhost/TourStacks
