Added FS codes for recent MH optimization algorithms

Hello Ritam,

I have added FS codes for two recently proposed meta-heuristic optimization algorithms - Arithmetic Optimization Algorithm (2021) and Archimedes Optimization Algorithm (2021). I was hoping if you could review the same and, if permissible, merge them into the main repository.

Sorry for the late response. I'd love to check your code and add it to the Py_FS module. I may need a little more time to verify it. So, I'll let you know once I get time to look at it.
