Summary

allow querying transaction logs by player, item and category with paging
support CSV export of logs for a given time span
record category in transactions and persist to YAML or SQL

Testing

mvn -q -e test (fails: Plugin org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-resources-plugin:pom:3.3.1: Network is unreachable)
