Summary

Batch YAML price writes using an async queue that flushes on a timer
Queue log transactions and flush them periodically to reduce I/O
Flush queued data on plugin disable to prevent loss

Testing

mvn -q test (fails: PluginResolutionException: Network is unreachable)
