Summary

Add bStats metrics and relocate all shaded dependencies to internal namespaces
Configure Maven Shade plugin to relocate HikariCP, MySQL driver and SLF4J
Initialize bStats metrics on plugin startup

Testing

mvn -q -e -B package (fails: Network is unreachable)
