Redguard Unity is an open source project that intends to port The Elder Scrolls Adventures: Redguard to the Unity game engine.
Despite beeing developed by a different team, it has similar goals to Daggerfall Unity and aims for a faithful recreation of the original game in a new engine. It will feature vastly improved performance, more responsive controls, better graphical fidelity, and many other fixes to make the game more enjoyable.

This project is still in the earliest stages. At the moment, the focus is on making asset loaders such as for 3D models and textures.
In the current version, you can explore the entire island as Cyrus using a basic character controller.
On the launcher you will also find a modelviewer, which allows you to inspect Redguard's 3D models (.3D, .3DC, .ROB files) as well as complete areas. You can even export any currently loaded object as a GLTF file.
