This PR adds some methods to the C FFI bindings that were already available in the UniFFI bindings.

New C FFI Functions Added:

  1. rgblib_create_utxos_begin
  2. create_utxos_end
  3. delete_transfers
  4. fail_transfers
  5. get_asset_metadata
  6. send_begin
  7. send_end
