Welcome to the QFold-Thesis organization. This repository collection constitutes the software artifacts and documentation for our Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) Thesis.
Our work focuses on the practical implementation, analysis, and extension of quantum algorithms for the Protein Folding Problem, building upon the foundational frameworks provided by Qiskit and recent academic publications.
