Add slider for free rotate

I finally had a chance to look at this.

• A slider is a good solution for this feature, but currently, for me, the slider reacts somewhat clunky.
• People might still want to use rotation in 90° steps, so maybe instead of replacing the clockwise/counter clockwise rotation entirely, why not offer both options, with a configuration option to dis-/enable them separately?
• It would be great to be able to reset the rotation - I'm having trouble hitting the exact point at 0°.
• The style of the slider might need some additional work.

I'm not sure if we need more design for that or who would be able to do that.
