• Expected behavior: Automatically select that newly added block (for example, to display its settings or highlight it visually).

• What happens: A block is deleted by the user.
• Expected behavior: If there are still other blocks left, select the last one.

Show the theme settings panel if no blocks remain

• What happens: The user deletes a block, and now there are no blocks left.
• Expected behavior: Open or switch to the theme settings panel (or any default panel).
