• Second tiny slice of functionality

  I want to be able to move around in the buffer with my regular `h`, `j`, `k`, `l` commands. I want resizing the window to work. Also, this will deal with some technical (debt) issues.

  For this, I want to be able to use the `;edit` or `;view` command to open a file on Linux or Windows, and I want to be able to leave the editor by typing `ZQ` in Normal mode or using the `;quit` command.
