Run Code v2

Version 2 of the Run Code. This has been slimmed down so that it can act as a module instead of containing everything we need for simulations. This is compatible with the same data files as v1, however due to batch simulation and seeding, you will get different results (purely due to rng) for larger simulations as it will now get split up into smaller sims with different seeds.

Run Code v1

This is version 1 of the run code released on 7-12-2024. It is compatible with Source code version 1. It is not compatible with the same data files as version 0.
