This work allows to measure SI DMA/IO speeds. It polls SI_STATUS and compute how many C0_COUNT increments have happened during DMA/IO transfer. Precision of timing is not absolute, as there can be many factors that interfere with pure SI timings. Tested only on PAL system. See code for details.
