⭐ Hi, I'm Paul Edward Murariu

🧠 About Me:

Welcome!
I'm a Software Engineer and CIS student passionate about embedded systems, AI, and VR development.
I enjoy working on projects that bridge hardware and software, explore machine learning, and make technology more accessible.

Some of my favorite projects:

  • 🏓 VR Wheelchair Ping Pong – a VR ping pong game designed for wheelchair users with AI opponents and full Oculus/SteamVR support.
  • 🌊 FloodSafeDearborn – a flood-awareness web platform built with Flask, SQLite, and Google Maps API.
  • 🤖 HMM Algorithm – Robot Localization – a Python project implementing Bayesian filtering for position estimation.
  • ⚙️ RESTful API Board Communication – C firmware project for Acromag NT-Series devices handling login/session IDs and Modbus over Ethernet.

In my free time I enjoy fitness, coding, content creation, cooking, reading, video games, and photography!
