This update is rather large and converts the map to use the new flag battles include. To keep it brief I'll only be listing important changes:

Changelog

  • Scoring Rework: In sudden death it was a bit too easy to knock out teams due to the low amount of hearts each team starts with. Here are the new team health/damage adjustments:
    • Teams start with 10 lives now
    • Flags by default deal 2 damage when scored in normal gameplay
    • Flags during sudden death now deal 3 damage when scored
    • Players during sudden death still deal 1 damage when scored
  • Damage values for scoring players, flags and flags in sudden death are now displayed in sudden death , on match load (chat) & on title messages
  • Heart-bar display for all maps now defaults to having the full hearts bar (renders grey hearts behind the health-bar)
  • Maps can now edit the damage flags/player can deal for both sudden-death and normal gameplay separately
  • Updated loot table logic and pools to match the original loot table (default flag battles chest loot pools will be in use for future maps)
  • Spawn doors now use actions instead of fill commands to seal players in when a team dies
  • Rulebook updated to match the new scoring system
  • And more...

Notes

  • The slug has been commented out for now as it seems to be incompatible with includes (errors out). If there's a solution found to this I'll re-implement it.

Now Supports Modern!

  • New map build on modern versions
  • Map now maked use of command blocks for custom modern crossbows (can't edit item components in PGM yet so this'll have to do)
  • Remove redundant code

- Fix portal indicator regions
- Remove command blocks 🎱
- Update include to use simpler modern crossbow mechanics

Modern Pt 2.

  • removed command blocks on modern
  • update include to use simpler modern crossbow logic
  • adjust map on classic (1.8.9 to more closely match modern)
  • Better portal indicators (matches the new map)
  • fix regions for portal indicators
