docs(cli): replace TUI with CLI terminology

This PR proposes a quick rename to CLI instead of TUI (which was extremely rarely used)

I think it may have been because a few occurrences are actually strange to say “CLI in browser”, so that became “TUI in browser” -> “terminal UI in browser”?

• If the change is significant, I have run the documentation site locally and confirmed it renders as expected.

Summary of changes

• Replace TUI wording with CLI terminology in CLI docs (terminal, quick start, web interface, GUI server)
• and with “terminal UI in browser” when we talk about the native browser view.
