This PR adds documentation for the browser session recording feature introduced in OpenHands/software-agent-sdk#1731.

This is a fun feature, thanks!

I think maybe it would be good to document its code design too, maybe in arch/ directory. I can set off the agent on it... when I manage to breathe from the dizzying speed Xingyao got into these days. 😅
