Landmarks

Adds the following commands:

• /landmarks (or /lmk)
• /lmkadmin

The first command will show you a paginated list of all the landmarks available.
The second command allows admins (or anyone with permission) to create and delete landmarks.

Permissions:

landmarks.listandtp (for normal users)
landmarks.admin (for admins, obviously)
