Issue
Coverage was generated in three different workflows (website, Copi, converter) using different formats and paths, which caused Qlty to consistently pick up only one report.
What’s changed
Website: Switched Vitest coverage output to Cobertura with a stable path.
Copi: Enabled Cobertura coverage via mix coveralls.cobertura and uploaded from a consistent location.
Converter: Generated Cobertura XML using coverage xml and aligned output path.
Updated workflows so all three projects upload Cobertura coverage in predictable locations.
