Method_1: ######################### This was the first attempt at reconstructing the 2D temperature distribution inside the Helicon window. In this method, we stitch all image plane images into one large one and then apply a grid to it to interpolate. The grid placing was not ideal. The grid placing had considerable overlap with the flange. the grid placing was done manually - First, the composite IR image plane data is created by stitching three frames - Second, a cylindrical grid is applied to the image plane and manually positioned. From this the 2D temperature distribution is interpolated. Method_2: ######################## Here we fit the grid to each view individually; however, this is done manually and the grid fitting is not completely correct. Nevertheless, this method was used to extract the heat flux maps and to give them to Joey Tipton. The grid reconstruction is moslty manual. We are able to use the so-called the calibration matrix so that the only free parameters are L3, alpha and beta Method_3: ####################### Here we attempt to automate the grid generation by first identifying the elipses on the image plane. We then use a non-linear least square fit to fit L3, alpha, and beta
