Detect transform decompress 7846 v3

Describe changes:

• adds gunzip transform
• adds zlib_deflate transform (maybe we can find a better name)

SV_BRANCH=OISF/suricata-verify#2882

#14674 with fix for in-place transforms : not all zlib manage to do decompress in-place
So, transform must check if the input and output buffer is the same, and use a temporary buffer if needed
