Update to Minestom 1.21.8

  • Move to new tag and registry system
  • Move to new Codec system from Moshi JSON parsing

TODO

  • data/minecraft/worldgen/configured_carver/nether_cave.json not loaded properly; replaceable of Carver currently doesn't allow block tag.
    • adding new type for Tag-Block(or any other Key) interoperability on JsonUtil would benefit
  • test Jukebox and water-sign interaction
