There are now two consecutive blank lines after the table (lines 68-69). According to standard Markdown practices and the Microsoft Writing Style Guide, only one blank line is needed between content blocks. Remove the extra blank line.

This PR adds a brief clarification explaining the purpose of the Locust web interface when running the load test.
Motivation
Helps first-time users better understand how to configure and monitor the load test after starting Locust.
