gcc changed default behavior from -fcommon to -fno-common and this causes dump1090 to fail to build added -fcommon to build flags

I'm having an issue building but this doesn't seem to have fixed it for me. Still working on it, but thought I'd chime in that there may be more wrong somewhere. That or it's user error which seems...probable. |
