Minor improvements to the design and tests (r03)

Changes:

1. Minor improvements to the RTL
2. Added new rpi strand test which exercises the GPO
3. Updated the default pixel timings to better support all the different timing versions of WS2812B LEDs
4. Increased multiplier factor of the Reset Code to support larger reset timings
5. Added build for 6SG32I package
6. Updated documentation
