Suppress printing to console

Hi all,

Really appreciate the R port for megadepth!

I was wondering if there is a convenient way to suppress the print to console when running get_coverage

building whole annotation region map done
24 chromosomes for annotated regions read
24 chromosomes for annotated regions read, collapsed
total number of annotations in collapsed: 16923
Processing sample.bw

So far I've tried the usual suppressMessages, suppressWarnings, invisible, as well as capture.output...
