Calculate and display real HQ chance in simulator widget

Changes:

• Replace the old HQ% display with detailed info on the real HQ% (weighted average over all possibilities) as well as the minimum and maximum possible HQ%.
• The simulator widget no longer displays the adversarial simulation when "Ensure 100% reliability" is enabled. Instead, the values displayed now always assume Normal condition on every step.

To-do:

• Find a better default condition probability distribution.
• Make the probabilities for the conditions configurable.
• Handle expert recipes (either add support or revert to previous behavior).
• Decide what to do with collectibles.

Caveats:

• Not counting the forced condition transitions, the calculation assumes that the condition rolls are independent of each other. E.g. it is assumed that an arbitrary amount of Excellent procs is possible.
• The exact condition probabilities are not known and can change based on level, recipe, and equipment.
