Add SONOFF TRVZB v1.4.4 OTA image

Highlights:

• introduces Smart Temperature Control feature;

Thanks a lot for your contribution to the community - really appreciated!

I noticed that the v1.4.4 OTA image is not yet listed in the official firmware update index:
https://zigbee-ota.sonoff.tech/releases/upgrade.json

As suggested earlier by @Koenkk in #943 (comment), it would be extremely helpful if you could include the following in the PR’s extra metadata, so it can be automatically incorporated into the manifest (details described here):

• originalUrl - the official download link of the OTA file you used
• releaseNotes - including the important changes

In particular, the releaseNotes should mention that enabling Smart Temperature Control ("Adaptive Mode") will disable the "Valve Opening Percentage" and "Temp. Accuracy" features, as stated in the official Sonoff blog announcement here.

If the OTA file was retrieved from the Zigpy OTA repository, it may help others if you reference its origin as well, for example the discussion in
zigpy/zigpy-ota#23
or the corresponding PR:
zigpy/zigpy-ota#24

Adding this context increases transparency and helps maintainers and users verify the provenance of the firmware.

Once Koenkk/zigbee-herdsman-converters#11466 has been merged, it will be available in the dev branch after some hours first and then in the next (official) release which is every 1st of the month.
