Xbk reports

Motivation

Resolves #386

Adds support for Xperience by Kentico reports and marks known supported reports as compatible.

Hey @JosefDvorak! Got a few comments I couldn't leave inline:

• Version needs updating: https://github.com/JosefDvorak/KInspector/blob/6360f32a49ab4a44cb6480a3e241f286a038841e/Directory.build.props#L8
• I think it would be good to make use of the IncompatibleVersions feature for reports/actions we know will not work in XbK, e.g. https://github.com/JosefDvorak/KInspector/blob/xbk-reports/src/KInspector.Reports/TemplateLayoutAnalysis/Report.cs
• Some "instance details" are missing for XbK instances:

Since this is a preliminary version, I suppose these will be fixed later? FYI, I had a branch I was working on a while ago for XbK that I believe had these implemented
