Show H5get_libversion() and H5is_library_threadsafe() when opening hdf5 file in clib. H5Literate -> H5Literate2 to get all the links in a group. H5Oget_info -> H5O_info2_t. Fix as many test failures as possible. Move test functions to testFixtures. Try to make reference datasets work (in progress). Seems ok in H5, but not H5C.
