1.DATATYPE::ePure has been remove from newCSVparser.cpp for I find it cause exception:Failed to open.. 2.class Writer is created to new a csvfile 3.add friendly member to class Row(friend std::fstream& operator<<(std::fstream& os, const Row &row);)
