No source header rewriting or any other magic, the SYNC packets look like they came from the relay host. Supports IPv4 and IPv6 (and can relay between the two stacks).
• Added RE header version validation (see #146) and a badHeaderDiscards stats field in reassembler receive stats to report the number of packet discards due to version check fail
