This pr contains files for four different exercises from the Leetcode platform, which are:
Best Time to Buy and Sell Stock III
Patching Array
Department Top Three Salaries (SQL)
Shortest Palindrome
All exercises except for the SQL exercise have three versions, in Python, Java, and TypeScript, where they are approached in the same way.
