About The Pull Request
This ports over the undersized quirk from Doppler, reworks it to be compatible with Iris's code, and also ports all of it's PRs, including:
This is all (mostly) modular.
Why it's Good for the Game
It's a fun quirk and I can see it being used for character customization in creative ways. Also, it's balanced (and when I mean balanced -- you can be stepped on, you can be picked up, your grabs cannot be upgraded into lethal, using guns flings you, etc)
