Fixes Issue

Fixes current issue with Keycloak auth session management in the UI

Changes proposed

• Huge refactoring of the OIDC management leveraging https://github.com/authts/react-oidc-context
• Complete removal of react-redux
• Remove dependency on keycloak-js

I believe the merge strategy messed up a little bit with such huge refactor, I believe it is better to not backport this one and keep such refactor on master only (for 0.20 stream).
