Custom Effect Support
Added the custom effect system from the community editor.

This feature is not tested.
Notice on "Seamless Voxel Struct" Tile Type
Support was added for the following new tile types: "voxelStructSeamlessHorizontal" and "voxelStructSeamlessVertical", allowing for the tiles of these types to be accepted and rendered.
However, no further support is given as I don't know how they work yet.

Multi-level support (experimental)
- It's possible to load more than one level at once.
- A new window is added to manage loaded levels.
- A new option is added to load new levels as tabs or replace existing ones.
- Two new shortcuts are added to navigate between loaded levels (not bound by default).

- Removed the quick saving screen and is replaced with a throbber text in the lower left to the screen, to be less desruptive.

Mirror Tool
Added a tool that mirrors your cursor's actions in the geometry editor.

Mirror vertically or horizontally.

Mirrors can be moved using mouse or keyboard.

When both mirrors are enabled, a fourth cursor could be enabled.

New shortcuts added to toggle and move mirrors.
- By default, press V to toggle vertical mirror and H to toggle horizontal mirror.
- Shortcuts to move mirrors are not bound by default.
