I have updated following things in the readme

• Docker Setup Instructions: Updated the "Run with Docker" section with detailed descriptions of services, port mappings, and initial setup steps.
• Improved Test Data Management: Revised the "Test Data" section to clarify how to create, load, and manage test data, including tools for generating geometries.
• Local Development Workflow: Refined the "Run Locally" section to include more explicit steps for environment setup, database management, and app startup.
• Superuser Creation: Expanded the "Create Superusers/Admin" section to cover both local and containerized environments for better clarity.
