It's not bullet proof but it fixes the use of the deprecated File.exists? method in favor of File.exist.
Fixing the YAML load as well as ruby 3.2.0 /psych interaction changed.
At last... it might not be that useful for a seasoned ruby dev, but adding how to build the gem and install it in READme
