  1. student -> pkgs.clangStdenv
  2. new dependency - pkgs.clangStdenv
  3. tested, works fine :D

nix stuff is OK -> my job is done quite good
@so5iso4ka i'll wait your approval before merging since gcc / clang stuff is C/C++ related
