This isn't really reviewable in any way. Can we instead simply remove this fork completely and just change use davxy fork directly (we already have it here: https://github.com/FluffyLabs/test-vectors )? If there are some additional tests that are not on the fork let's use these from the respective other repositories they originate. |

Needed to update to 0.7.0, for possibility to delete compatibility of 0.6.7 from typeberry, but still preserve access to some unique test cases that otherwise will be lost.
After merging this, our w3f test cases will run on 0.7.0.
